Flat guided

Our flat-guided CNC Bed type milling machines / machines are manufactured according to FEM for maximum stability and damping. They work vibration-free and accurately. Highly dynamic drives, Full cabin, extraction, efficiency, resilient gears or dynamic drives, durable Milling heads / heads and ergonomics characterize them. They are ideal for heavy-duty machining, for example in mold making or toolmaking. Our flat-guided CNC Bed type milling machines / machines can also be used to precisely manufacture high-strength wear parts and welded constructions and to machine them quickly and cleanly

Linear guided

All of our Linear guided CNC Bed type milling machines / machines are highly dynamic, stable and precise. The BT, KT, RT and RT-V series are particularly suitable as roughing and finishing machines. The weight and the FEM-calculated cast construction minimize vibrations and increase precision. The RT and RT-V series combine all the advantages of a Bench-type boring machine / machines with the possibilities of a Bed type milling machine / machines – also with carousel turning function and automatic milling head changing system on request. This makes it a kind of universal machining center.

RT-V series

The combination of rotary table and universal milling head enables machining on up to 5 sides in one clamping. The additional traversing axis of the machine stand enables the use of large rotary tables up to 3,000 x 3,000 mm with extremely large workpiece swing diameters.
