Machine concept

The machines in the RT-V series are equipped with a rotary table and an additional V-axis. The rotary table is available in a square or round design, depending on requirements. It is suitable for both precise positioning tasks and high-performance Carousel turning. The additional V-axis enables the machining of extremely large and heavy workpieces with a large swing diameter in a compact footprint or the use of extremely long tools. With the addition of an automatic milling head changing system and a pallet changing system, the RT-V series has developed into a highly flexible, universally applicable machining center for demanding production tasks.

Brief description

The CNC Bed type milling machines / machines of the RT-V series enable precise milling of complex workpieces on 5 sides in one clamping. With the addition of an automatic milling head changing system and a pallet changing system, the RT-V series has developed into a highly flexible, universally applicable machining center for demanding production tasks.
