At MTE, we rely exclusively on our own sales team. In your MTE sales region, you don’t talk to a salesperson, but to a passionate mechanical engineering professional who is passionate about his job. What makes our sales department so special? Find out from Florian König.
Florian König is responsible for the North/East sales region. What does he do when he sits down with a prospective customer for the first time? Listen for a long time. Let them talk. And then ask. What the new customer has in mind. What the milling machine must be able to do according to the tender. And what it should ideally also be able to do. Every project is different for Florian, and so is every customer. That makes his job new and exciting time and time again. Together with his customers, he develops the solution that is exactly right for them, that really meets their needs and requirements. The well:fair foundation (Neven Subotic Foundation) builds wells and sanitary facilities for people in the project regions in Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania. This has a direct positive effect on the education system: Children attend school lessons instead of having to carry water for miles from remote water points. Wolfram Krieger is responsible for the southern sales region at MTE. He sees himself as a team player, especially in the sales department of a milling machine manufacturer. Integrated into a team from design to service – everyone pulls in the same direction! Service is an important partner for the sales representative. It’s not for nothing that sales sells the first machine and service sells all the others. Wolfram is all the more pleased to be able to work for MTE. Compared to many dealers, the company as a manufacturer is still interested in a 20-year-old machine. The MTE service department is always on hand in the event of problems and Wolfram is available as a field service technician when a satisfied existing customer becomes a new customer again after many years.

Wolfram is an enthusiastic mountaineer and hiker in his spare time. The pictures show him in South Tyrol and at his destination after 50 km around the Rosenstein. Wolfram has also been a volunteer with the Peru-Gruppe Heubach e.V. for 14 years. The group collects donations for the poor district of Laderas on the outskirts of Lima and runs a soup kitchen and a crèche there. In addition, the group supports needy girls, orphans and disabled children and finances teachers and a dentist.
