Project discussions
As soon as you have chosen MTE as your partner, our project managers will visit you. This step involves precisely measuring the site, defining connection points and initiating all the necessary preparatory work.
This also includes the distribution of tasks on your side and ours. As well as a schedule and a plan for the actual installation of the new machine on the day of delivery.

Layout creation
Our project manager first develops a 2D layout based on the information collected from you in conjunction with the machine’s design data. After final coordination with you, we create a realistic 3D representation of the installation site with all local conditions. At the same time, the machine layouts are finalized and the foundation, force and empty pipe plans are created.

Foundation discussion
The foundation is a decisive factor for the stability and long-term precision of any large
machine tool. We therefore plan it with the utmost care and inspect it on site after completion.

Installation
A detailed installation plan with a schedule serves as a guideline for the
final assembly of the machine on your premises until the final acceptance and facilitates orientation.
The machine is assembled by our experienced and well-trained technicians.

Commissioning and final acceptance
Commissioning and final acceptance of your new
machine are carried out on the basis of the acceptance guidelines in accordance with DIN 8620 and DIN VD 3443. This includes the corresponding geometric measurements based on the geometry protocol, a circular form test and laser measurement in all axes at the MTE factory, or at your premises depending on the machine type.
