In your MTE sales region, you will not be talking to a salesperson, but to a passionate machine building professional who is passionate about his job. He will listen and ask what you really need. He will ensure that you can choose the right bed type milling machine or floor type milling machine. In other words, exactly the milling machine that solves your problems and leaves you 100% satisfied. What makes our sales team so special? Florian König will tell you. Florian König is responsible for the North/East sales region. What does he do when he sits down with a prospective customer for the first time? He listens for a long time. He lets them talk. And then he asks questions. He asks what the new customer has in mind. What the milling machine has to do according to the tender. And what additional features would be ideal. Every project is different for Florian, and so is every customer. That's what makes his job so varied and exciting. Together with his customers, he develops the solution that is exactly right for them, that really meets their needs and requirements. In his free time, Florian is an ambassador for the well:fair foundation (Neven Subotic Foundation) in his free time. The well:fair foundation (Neven Subotic Foundation) builds wells and sanitary facilities for people in project regions in Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania. What does sales have to do with trust? Talk to Wolfram Krieger about it. Wolfram Krieger is responsible for the southern sales region at MTE. He sees himself as a team player, especially in sales for a milling machine manufacturer. He is part of a team that ranges from design to service – everyone pulls together! The service department is an important partner for the sales representative. It's not for nothing that they say sales sells the first machine and service sells all the rest. This makes Wolfram all the more pleased to be working at MTE. Unlike many dealers, as a manufacturer, the company is still interested in a 20-year-old machine. The MTE service department is always on hand to help with any problems, and Wolfram is there as a field service representative when a satisfied existing customer becomes a new customer again after many years.

Wolfram Krieger in his personal life In his spare time, Wolfram is an enthusiastic mountaineer and hiker. The pictures show him in South Tyrol and at his destination after a 50 km hike around Rosenstein. Wolfram has also been volunteering with the Peru-Gruppe Heubach e.V. for 14 years. The group collects donations for the poor neighbourhood of Laderas on the outskirts of Lima, where it runs a soup kitchen and a nursery. The group also supports girls in need, orphans and disabled children, and finances teachers and a dentist.
