Flat guided

Our flat-guided CNC bed-type milling machines are manufactured according to FEM for maximum stability and damping. They operate vibration-free and precisely. They are characterized by highly dynamic drives, a full-bore cabin, extraction, efficiency, resilient gears or dynamic direct drives, durable milling heads, and ergonomics. They are ideal for heavy-duty machining, for example, in mold and tool making. Our flat-guided CNC bed-type milling machines can also be used to precisely manufacture high-strength wear parts and weldments, quickly and cleanly machining them.

Linear guided

All of our linear-guided CNC bed-type milling machines operate with high dynamics, stability, and precision. The BT and KT series are particularly suitable for roughing and finishing operations. Their weight and FEM-calculated cast iron construction minimize vibrations and increase precision. The RT series combines all the advantages of a table-type boring machine with the capabilities of a CNC bed-type milling machine—essentially a universal machining center.
